Mr Ramakrishnan gave a keynote lecture at the London Breast Meeting in September 2019.
His talk on ‘Best practice in autologous reconstruction over the decades’ was a personal view on the milestones, challenges, and practice of autologous microsurgical breast reconstruction.
Mr Ramakrishnan was invited to be part of the faculty at the World Society of Reconstructive meeting in Bologna in June 2019. This prestigious event is attended by micro-surgeons from around the world.
Mr Ramakrishnan was speaking on Implants and free flaps in breast reconstruction. He was also the moderator on a session on breast reconstruction.
Mr Ramakrishnan was an invited speaker at the Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery Conference, held in Kochi, India.
He gave four lectures, covering the overview, planning and standardisation of DIEP flap reconstruction, refinements in DIEP flap reconstruction, the LAP, TUG and PAP flaps, and augmentation mammoplasty.
